| Studio Tour - Wire Wrapping Jigs |
| |
|
|
Wig Jig manufactures the large acrylic
jig you see to the left. You can spend a lifetime creating unusual
twists and turns with this baby. |

If you want to get fancy with wire,
a jig is a useful tool. My fav is the small wood jig with nails
- it travels easily with me and makes precision curvy designs.
One of the benefits of being a wire artist is that jewelry can
be made with equipment carried in a small pouch. No burners,
no tanks, no fumes to inhale. You can easily make your own jig
with a piece of wood and small nails to form any imaginable
design. |
