Phoebe Cuff
This cuff was made from 1.75" x 6" of sterling silver
20 gauge sheet metal. It was stamped on both the front and back
with a nail setting tool (available at the Home Improvement Store).
The metal was then heat textured with a Mapp Gas torch (available
from HI store). It was then cleaned, and the edges were filed,
and sanded. I shaped the cuff on a bracelet mandrel using a rawhide
hammer and tuff brake. I riveted three PMC frames to the cuff
with 18 gauge yellow brass wire. The cuff was lightly oxidized
in liver of sulfur. Please read and follow these safety instructions
