How long has it been since I first said I
wanted to teach in Santa Fe? Well, here it is. I will be teaching
3 classes at Bead Fest Santa Fe March 18-21st, 2010. One beginning
class in cold connections and two classes in Colored Metal (includes
more advanced cold connections).
Santa Fe is one of my favorite places on earth
- I even tried to talk my husband into moving there (I lost that
discussion). Besides the show and the bounty of classes to choose
from, Santa Fe offers a rich artistic experience. Numerous small
shops - don't miss the Patina Gallery which offers incredible
jewelry - and great museums (my fav is the Georgia O'Keefe Museum).
And if you love food, oh my, get ready to treat your palate to
southwestern cooking. If you can, stay a day or two extra and
drive up to Taos - it is a glorious drive. And may I add, I LOVE
the architecture in Santa Fe. Oh my, I can go on and on..
