Domestic Shipments:
Jatayu offers shipping in the continental United States via
United Parcel Services (UPS). When you place your order over
the website your order will calculate the weight of your items
and provide you with the shipping cost based on the option you
choose. Options: Ground, 3 Day Select, 2nd Day Air, Next Day
Air Saver, Next Day Air, and Next Day Early Morning. A $1.00
handling fee will be added to your invoice to defray packaging
costs.
Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico:
UPS is now shipping ground to these places. However, if you would
prefer Priority Shipping which is generally less expensive, just
place a note in the Comments Section of your order and we will
take care of your request. We will also reimburse your credit
card.
"Fast and Thrifty" shipping for small packages
in the USA (including Hawaii and Alaska): We do offer lower
priced USPS shipping for small orders inside the US. Requirements:
Package must be under 1 pound and items must fit in a video sized
box or 8x11 flat envelope. Cost $5.10. If for some reason your
package does not meet the size and weight requirements, Molly
will contact you. Please note: This is regular USPS Priority
mail and there is no tracking when this option is selected.
Local Pickup in San Diego:
If you are located within driving distance, you can choose
to pick up your order from the "warehouse". Please
email Molly to arrange
for a pick up appointment. |

International Shipments:
Canada, Europe, Australia, and South America, Mexico:
We ship internationally to these areas: Canada, Europe, Australia,
South America, and Mexico. Your package can most likely be sent
via United States Postal Service Priority International Flat
Rate envelope. Your items must fit into a flat rate envelope
which measures 11" x 8" inches and the weight must
be no more than 4 pounds. The fee for all of Europe, Australia,
New Zealand, South America, and Mexico is $13.75. The fee for
Canada is $11.75. Please select the appropriate "International
Shipping" option when checking out depending on your country.
IF YOUR PACKAGE DOES NOT MEET THE SIZE AND WEIGHT GUIDELINES,
THEN MOLLY WILL CONTACT YOU WITH THE CORRECT SHIPPING CHARGES.
In our cart system, postal code is required. If you don't
have one, just submit a 00000 entry. Thanks! |

Merchandise Returns:
Happily, returns are few and far between. However, if we
have shipped in error, we will gladly pick up the tab for the
return shipping. Please package returns securely and insure packages
over $100.
Refund Policy:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason
you are not pleased with a product, please return the product
in its original condition within 10 days for a full refund on
the merchandise. Please note: Tools must be unused and in their
original undamaged packaging. |

Errors, Damages, and Shortages:
Please advise us within 3 days of receipt if your order is not
correct or if it arrived damaged. Of course, you won't pay for
the shipping to make your order right! |

My Package Didn't Arrive On Time:
Please contact us if your package has not arrived in a timely
manner. We will track your package and attempt to figure out
what the problem is. UPS guarantees delivery on 3 Day Select,
Second and Next Day Air unless acts of God interfere with their
brown delivery trucks and planes. AOG means snow, ice, tornados,
fires, hurricanes, floods, tsunamis, earthquakes, draught, and
grasshopper plagues. No kidding, this happened in Kansas in 1874.
UPS does not issue a refund under these conditions, and we don't
either. Please make sure there are no AOGs planned from California
to your state when you place your order. |

If you have a resale card, please submit this form Resale

or fax to: 1-619-276-3527. Also please send us a copy of the
California Resale Certificate sent to you by the State Board
of Equalization. Note: Tools are taxable unless they are for
